1.GENERAL1.1. The Artist reserves the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.1.2. The Artist reserves the right to take as much time as they need on a commission, unless a due date is previously agreed upon. Extra fees may apply.1.3. Private/Confidential Commissions will only be accepted for a limited period previously agreed upon.1.4. The client has the right to cancel the commission at the draft stage without any charge. However, the artist reserves the right to use the drafts for any purposes of their own, as well as composition ideas, etc.1.5. The artist will not accept future orders from clients who have canceled commissions up to two times. As well as clients who exhibit inappropriate behavior, poor communication and breach of terms of service. Such attitudes will lead to the blacklist.1.6. The client must inform at any time and for any reason if becomes unavailable and unreachable during the commission production process, so the artist will put the order on pause until the client is available again.1.7. There will be additional fees for complex pieces and particularly sensitive topics.2. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS2.1. 100% of the payment must be made upon approval of the commission draft. Installment payments (50% upon approval of the commission's draft) will only be accepted in special cases previously discussed. The final piece will only be sent to purchaser once the full amount of the commission is received.2.2. All payments will be made through Paypal invoices. Any payment received outside of the invoice will be considered a donation, gift or tip.2.3. The Artist reserves the right to cancel the commission at any time under any circumstances. If the commission is cancelled, a full refund will be made regardless of the progress made on the artwork. There will be no refunds under any other circumstances.3. COMMISSION RIGHTS3.1. The Artist owns all the copyright of the commission. The Artist also reserves the right to copy, reproduce and reuse the image for self-promotion and sales.3.2. All commissions are for non commercial use only unless otherwise discussed. Additional commercial fees will apply to illustrations used for profit by the commissioner.3.3. Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for any type of NFT.3.4. The client has the right to create merchandise and resize or crop the artwork for personal, non-public use only, but is NOT allowed to make changes to the artwork itself or crop the watermark from the public web-version. The client can also repost the artwork on any social media as long as there is proper credit for the Artist.4. PROCESS4.1. The client must fill in the order form with all the details requested for the commission. The Artist will contact the client through the chosen means to inform if their commission has been accepted, rejected or moved to the waiting list.4.2. Communicated accepted orders move to the draft stage status.4.3. 1 to 3 drafts will be provided after all commission details are determined. The client has the right to request changes and alterations up to five times in the draft stage. It also has the duty to inform all the details before the piece goes to the finalization stage. The use of red lines to make corrections clearer is welcome.4.4. Orders move to the finalization stage once the draft is decided and payment is made.4.5. The client has the right to request changes up to three times in the finalization stage. The changes, however, should not go beyond the overall composition of the agreed draft. Extra and major changes will incur additional fees. There will be no charges for communication errors or mistakes by the Artist.4.6. The finalization stage includes lineart, coloring and/or painting. Due to the different types of commission offered by the artist, the finalization stage may vary. So there is no specific order for the artist to provide the lineart wip or the color scheme.4.7. After the commission is finished, the web-version (public, with watermark) and the high resolution version of the artwork (personal, without watermark) will be provided to the Client by email.4.8. The artist will keep the client updated throughout the commission production process. Do not harass the artist for updates.4.9. There are no changes after the finalization of the commission.
